EventsK-9 Unit Fundraiser for Axel This is a fundraiser for the new member of the Carbondale Police Department.. Axel a giant schnauser , who is training as a search and rescue dog, and drug sniffing dog. It is on Saturday, November 3rd starting at 5pm at Calandi's Cafe. Lots of music, raffles, and fun! 6th Annual Taste of the Town Taste of the Town November 11th 2PM TO 5PM at the HOTEL ANTHRACITE The 6th Annual Taste of the Town event will take place on Sunday, November 11th from 2 to 5 Pm at the Hotel Anthracite. The tickets are 25.00 per person, and there is array of food and beverage vendors! It is a great afternoon full of great food, drinks and entertainment by Chris Mullinueax! Call the Chamber for Tickets, or you can purchase them online via our facebook event. You can also purchase them at City Hall , and Hotel Anthracite. Heritage Night- November 1oth There will be a Polish Heritage night at Gratten Singer Hose Co. in Simpson on November 10th. Stop up for great food and Polkas. Unico- All Wrapped up Holiday Shopping Event! Unico will have there "All Wrapped Up Holiday Shopping Event" November 18th, 12PM at the Hotel Anthracite Thanksgiving Bash!!! November 24th Hotel Anthracite's Thanksgiving Eve Bash Lots of music , drinks and fun!!! Tinsel Trail On Friday November 30th, The Greater Carbondale Chamber of Commerce will have the lighting of the Tinsel Trail in the Park across from City Hall. After the lighting all of the Tree Sponsors are invited back to the Chamber for a wine and cheese cocktail party. |
